I just had a terrible experience over the phone where they actually hung up on me & were incredibly rude. I didn’t raise my voice or yell or anything. So I wasn’t belligerent or anything. I was very calm, polite, & respectful. I’m now sitting here crying. We’ve been on the waiting list for a year for my children to be seen there. My oldest daughter finally received an appointment.
