They have you pay in full over the phone to schedule a service without any sort of invoice. While they seemed friendly and accessible, it took over 4 weeks for anyone to show up after being promised multiple dates within the same week of my original call. Technician finally came and left without a certificate of calibration or invoice. Have called and asked for both multiple times, to which I'm assured they are on their way. Still have nothing.
