We are not in Worcester. WHA does not abide by DHCD regulations! Arrogant management! They violate tenant rights, have no regard for privacy, asking for health info and entering a unit without a 48 hr notice unless there is an emergency per DHCD is not acceptable!!! Tenants don't know their rights, which is supposed to be relayed by their tenant org. and which WHA refuses to post!!!! Update 2023: Mike Reynolds allowed a dead rat to remain under my " bumpout" for over 2 weeks!. The putrid odor permeated my living area, and wh... read more
