We are not in Worcester. WHA does not abide by DHCD regulations! Arrogant management! They violate tenant rights, have no regard for privacy, asking for health info and entering a unit without a 48 hr notice unless there is an emergency per DHCD is not acceptable!!! Tenants don't know their rights, which is supposed to be relayed by their tenant org. and which WHA refuses to post!!!! They can catch a person throwing out garbage and charge them for it but won’t investigate a shooting on the same cameras. They don’t take action against neighbors who are loud and blare their music until 4am, do not rent from them
