They're phone system breaks up. I sent an email thinking perhaps they will reach out to me but to no avail. They don't seem intent on selling anything. Fine. I'll go somewhere else.
Worst Dealership in Worcester, they gave me a car with a messed up transmission and it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix it I had to contact the attorney generals office just to get them to actually do something after time and time of them saying they fixed it and DIDNT ! And when they finally replaced the transmission the mechanics stole things out of my car. Extremely unprofessional I would never recommend this dealer .
Car was as advertised. I wouldn't go here looking for a perfect car but they have a decent selection of used cars at reasonable prices. The car I was looking to see was at another location instead of the one advertised and it took them forever to figure out who had the keys. Other than that everything went smoothly. The guy they have clean the cars was awesome and got it shining nice. Owner seems like a straight up guy. Seem to stand behind their vehicles. Overall I'm happy so far.
Excellent service from initial inquiry regarding 2011 Honda Odyssey I was interested in for our growing family to our purchase. We just had a newborn. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Worcester Auto Outlet accommodated our needs for my family and I to make our pickup easier for our new van. Clean vehicle and nice exterior. Friendly and quick sale! Thank you for the wonderful, simple experience of purchasing our van! Highly recommend.
Gardenia Jimenez was amazing as my financer; she assisted with my trade in, provided carfax documents of the vehicle, provided all the documents required from the dealership for my bank for my loan, and she conducted all documents required for the RMV including registration for the vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Gardenia when visiting this dealership since she made the entire transaction easy for me. 10/10 service and hospitality !
