UNPROFESSIONAL !! Don't even bother contacting this place, I wish I checked the reviews before I wasted my time driving an hour away to see a car that wasn't even there. The sales person i spoke with on Tuesday told me i could go see the car on Thursday and sent me a link to fill out my information to finance the car. Bought a truck here a month ago. 2 weeks and check engine light is on, 4 hi is blinking, 4 lo won’t engage and tire lights stay on. I’ve reached out for 2 weeks now and the place that’s supposed to fix it for you still won’t reach out. This place seems nice but when you get sold a lemon, they won’t help. 60k miles, no check engine light should be on.
They're phone system breaks up. I sent an email thinking perhaps they will reach out to me but to no avail. They don't seem intent on selling anything. Fine. I'll go somewhere else.
