I'm not exactly sure what to make of this because I have never seen this before. They are good people from all of my interactions with the staff. Friendly, cordial and will listen to what you are looking for, but I was going to buy a used car from them and left a deposit for close to 800 dollars and was going to finish paying for the car next week. I stopped by the Worcester Auto Outlet to check out their inventory and I left with a new car! Santos was very helpful and knowledgeable, while Adrian was patient and efficient with the paperwork. This is the second car I have purchased from Worcester Auto Outlet and I will be back for my next vehicle!

Purchased a car from this dealership and have been dealing with issues ever since. The vehicle has been in their possession for nearly a month for repairs, causing me to miss work and spend extra money on transportation. Communication has been poor, and what should have been a simple fix has turned into a frustrating, time-consuming experience. Very disappointed with how this situation has been handled.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for $9,298 cash, including documentation fees, and my experience has been extremely frustrating.
