Joseph did a great job buffing and poly on our 100yr old floors. He was very thorough, spent a lot of time doing prep (as you should), and hand sanded many sections to ensure the finish would come out good. He removed paint spots and other defects we missed. He answered all our questions and concerns. Our floors came out great and were especially happy to support a local family business
I had a large job of sanding the current floors, adding new floors, and applying poly to all of it. They did an amazing job and whatever needed to complete the job in a timely manner. The transitions were perfect, and there was no difference between the original floors and the new floors. They turned out beautifully. I would would highly recommend them to anyone.
Had 2 rooms of oak flooring sanded down, stained and 3 coats of water-based poly applied. Ken's estimate was very reasonable. In the end, the quality of the floor refinishing was very good - and I am pretty picky. However, one of their workers errantly cut a strip of carpet off one entryway. Saw the positive reviews online so I called them and got an estimate. Their quote was more than fair for the quality of work that they do. Joe and his crew are very knowledgeable and do great quality work. I started with 1 project and ended up hiring them for many jobs in my home. If you need your floors refurbished look no further! Joe and his crew are the best!
The Wootens did a fabulous job with sanding/staining our wood floors and installing new LVT in several areas. Joe and Ken were professional, patient, and easy to work with. We highly recommend this company to others!
