While my review based on the items listed here is good, the big complaint is with the office staff. They very rarely return calls when they say they will. Even when you call and leave a voice mail, they fail to respond.
If I could give no star I would! My son is 4 years old and has autism. First of all they don't listen to anything you have to say they give the exact same protocol to every kid that walks in with autism. He was tested for heavy metals and they lost the test! I spent 8 hours collecting urine, they lost it and then pretended it was the lab. I spoke with the lab and they said they never sent them a urine sample! This place is so chaotic and they will lie to you. Stay away!
