Had a great check up and cleaning with Hope today! Dr. Cortez and McKenzie did a filling and looks amazing! The absolute best dental office, and I highly recommend them!
Dr. Cortez, along with Dental Assistant Bre, gave me a crown today. This the second crown Dr. Cortez has done for me (my first ever crown procedure was back in January and Therese was the Dental Assistant). Both times, Dr. Cortez and her Dental Assistants made a "not so fun procedure" seem like a breeze. I was in and out in 2-1/2 hours for the first crown procedure in January . Today it took 3 hours from start to finish, but I have a complicated bite so I understand Bre had a challenge on her hands. I appreciated her perseve... read more
As usual, the staff was very friendly. Janelle, the dental hygienist was professional, friendly and highly competent. And Dr. Cortez was great. She was very thorough and highly knowledgeable about my dental history. Painless dentistry is absolutely the way I love to go to the dentist. Thank you Wooster Family Clinic.
