The security guard is very rude. I was trying to use the ATM to deposit money but he was cleaning it with paper towels. I asked him in Korean if I could use it & he snapped at me in English NO. Then he said 10 MINUTES. And yelled something else in English that I didn't understand. I went inside in hopes of getting help from a teller or banker. Extremely rude security guard. Yelled at me to move my car for another woman despite me also being also a customer.
I went in to break a hundred dollar bill and was refused. I went to the next bank, and they broke it with no problems. I would never use this bank for any of my banking solutions, especially as a business owner. They don't have the common sense to try to build relationships with possible new clients by performing a simple task of exchange. Worst bank I've been to! Don't go.
