What a joke of a medical centre ,three young ladies on one front seat and phone calls go on hold for over ten minutes, clap clap
Update: as Dr Bird has left I had the greatest experience with Dr Morgan Skiperde e today. So nice and very approachable. Lovely. The reception staff were awesome as well. Just a shout out to Woopi Medical Centre, Dr May is the best I have ever had. Today I had an appointment and a young girl called me into her room, at first I was not sure what was going on, but it turned out she was a medical student from Woolongong who is in her last year before she becomes a doctor. My opinion is she was fantastic, checked all then reported back to Dr May, all the time making me feel comfortable, could not ask for more so thank you. If not for Dr May I would no longer be alive, as she was doing a free test... read more
We are so grateful to have such a supportive medical centre. Our family can say that our care over 5 years has been exceptional. The care and very good staff who do whatever they can to be helpful when they are asked makes this practise special. We are very lucky to have good drs and staff to give us such care.
