the bolts holding my garage door opener failed on Sunday. I called on Monday morning at 8:00 am, and Andy answered the phone. He came out on Tuesday at 9:00 am and fixed the problem, lubed the door wheels and made sure everything was in working order before wrapping up. Seeing as the install was a little less than 4 years old, I was not charged for the service. I will recommend Andy to everyone, because of his tremendous service and response.

My garage door would close, then open back up again. They came out and fixed it. Two months later, same thing, door would close completely, then open back up again. They charged me $15 MORE on the second "repair" than they did on the first one! When I asked why they didn't guarantee their work, the reply was "not on something that old" (14 yrs).
