I’d like to compliment Zenia in the deli for her excellent customer service today. She was setting up for the day but acknowledged me right away when I approached the desk and went out the back to get the feta I needed when it wasn’t available out front. She was friendly, efficient, and really went above and beyond to ensure I got the product I needed. Thank you Zenia
Today I had a yukky experience at this Woolworths. I had stopped in quickly to buy an avocado, I was already carrying a brown paper Coles bag containing a roast chicken, bread rolls and coleslaw. At the checkout, the attendant called over a manager without explanation. The manager then reached into my Coles bag and started looking through it without a single word to me. Hello, I was shopping at Wooworths near to Chemist Warehouse. I had finished paying for my items and on the way out my paper bag fell apart. I went back inside to buy another bag and a staff member by the name of Christian quickly came to give me assist by giving me a Woolworths green bag. Christian, was so very polite, he had seen me struggling with the torn bag near to entrance and so came quickly with bag and had opened it for. I was so very grateful and impressed with this young gentleman. 10 Stars. Thank you Christian
just went 2 woolies purchased ant rid strips $9.50, than went 2 the reject shop found a 3pkt of ant traps 4,$2.50, went back 2 woolies 2 get refunded the staff member said unable 2 be refunded due 2 store policy, my response was that's ridiculous,guess what i got refunded $9
