I normally don’t give one-star reviews, but I was really disappointed with my recent visit. One of the staff members was completely tone-deaf and unresponsive. The man stayed completely silent and didn't say a single word—not to the customer before me, not to me, and not to the customer after me. Even when customers greeted him with "Hello" or said "Thank you," he just ignored them. The female staff member who was restocking shampoo and baby food in Aisle 8 at WWS Rhodes at 7:33pm on 13 October 2026 was very rude and impatient. She showed absolutely no willingness to help me. Very disappointing customer service from a staff member named Tenzing. I was using the self-checkout. After the first item scanned successfully, the next item would not scan despite several attempts. The staff member was nearby and could see that I was having trouble, but she did not come to help. I eventually moved to another self-checkout and had already taken all my items with me.
