I purchased pork belly and was extremely disappointed with what I received. Three separate pieces had additional chunks of fat from what appeared to be a different cut of meat attached to them to make up the weight, making them look like one piece of pork belly. This was not simply pork belly being fatty. It appeared that extra pieces of fat were deliberately added to reach the required weight and sold as part of the pork belly.
