I have been shopping at this Woolworths for several years and usually receive great service. Unfortunately, I have now had two disappointing experiences over the past two weeks with the same staff member, Malita. During both visits, there was very little communication. If customers are expected to pack their own bags, that is completely fine, but it should be explained politely.
