Yesterday, I went to Woolies to buy some prawns. At that time, a customer was purchasing pork trotters and a staff member was helping him weigh them. I waited expecting that he would assist me once he finished.However,After a few minutes, another customer arrived to buy meat and the staff looked at me briefly but continued to serve the later customer instead. Very bad service I wait here almost 40min for online order pickup, nobody at the direct boot and no one answer call
Why they’re getting more staffs with bad customer service and worse human manners in the store like Coles. I swear some lady staff almost push their trolley on me and pretend I’m not even exist there. Few guys just talking all the time in the middle of their store doesn’t give a face for people walking by
