The customer service is horrible. I came across a lady in the self service area and she was rude and totally lacks hospitality manners. I didn't get her name but she was an Indian girl long hair. I understand is not an easy job but is horrible being treated like you are not a desirable customer.
The trolleys at this Woolworths can’t be used unless you insert a coin to unlock them. But nowadays everything is digital, and no one under 40 carries coins anymore. So bad I couldn’t buy the things I needed.
Frozen products left all over floor monday night.. common rhodes woolies. You can do better.
