Really kind workers
Extremely rude and unprofessional experience. Bella (Service Manager) was openly dismissive, spoke in a condescending tone, interrupted repeatedly, and showed zero interest in actually helping. Simple questions were met with attitude, deflection, and inconsistent answers. If this is the standard of management at this store, customers should seriously lower their expectations.
At Woolworths yesterday, Sukie in the express checkout was incredibly quick and helpful. I had multiple items of the same product and was happy to scan them myself, but she noticed straight away and entered the quantity manually, saving me time. Really appreciated the efficiency and great service!
