I was in the self service area last week when a pouch of bone broth broke in the bag I was carrying to the register. Other goods were floating around. I asked a young Woolworths employee near me for some help and she was absolutely amazing! She apologised for my experience and quickly helped me empty the bag, grabbing some paper towel for me to dry things and offered a replacement bag of broth. She asked if i wanted to keep my wet bag.
