One mature female staff member is rude & condescending & when I commented on same when she was rude to me & said I would not shop there again..her.. response "GOOD"... I would also like to comment that the seafood/chicken deli. area has a very unpleasant odour as if it needs a good clean up. Woolworths in South Yarra seafood/chicken deli area does not suffer the same awful odour nor does Coles in Prahran. I found it difficult to appoint even one star.

Frustratingly Poor Service from Metro Employees I’ve had enough of the consistently terrible service at Metro. It’s not just the lack of customer care—it's the sheer lack of competence and effort from the employees. Every time I visit, I encounter employees who clearly don’t know what they’re doing or just don’t care to do their jobs properly. Disappointed that this was turned into a Metro store. Its not a small store. Popular items either out of stock; or no longer stocked i.e Dodoni Greek feta in deli discontinued, with only the horrible packaged brand offered; items not logically locatable in aisles; poor product location signage; staff sent me to the wrong isle looking for items; too hard, too frustrating. Come on Woolworths management, you need to reconsider and fix your mistake in messing around with this store.
