2 young Aussie staffs ( 1 brown , 1 blone hair , they both tall , 1 long hair & 1 middle length hair) they are very arrogant, helpless & not friendly ) look like they think they should work in higher level company / position because the normal staff level don t suit them . The rest are friendly & helpful.
I had a really disappointing experience at Woolworths North Strathfield today. When I was shopping, the charity workers outside greeted me in a very polite and respectful manner. They weren’t haggling or bothering anyone—just doing their job and informing people about their cause. However, when I was scanning my products at checkout, I saw the store manager, Amit, storm outside and start shouting at them. Staff are incapable of answering yes/no questions. Instead, they start rambling about unrelated topics. Can't even say "I don't know". No offers to ask a team member who COULD answer. "Incompetent" is a nice word for the 4 staff who were asked the same yes/no question, who gave the same style of babbling answer.
