I had have an awful moment with the online team. I was being told that staff are not supposed to help drivers or other are picking up the stuff. And they said they don’t have trolley to take stuff to the car park which is in level 1. Manger if you are reading this feedback your online team need some customers service training.
Very expensive for fresh food. Small businesses in the centre are much cheaper. Often no baskets when you walk in but plenty at the check outs. I walked in today and walked out without buying a thing because all the vegetables were rip off prices. Example. Ginger $33 ,local shop $23 Leb cucumbers $8.99, local shop $5.99 Bananas $4.80,local shop $3.50
