This Woolworths has the literal worst layout and is always chaotic and terrible experience everytime. They recently changed the layout from having a checkout area at the top and bottom level. The top level checkout was so peaceful and friendly, you would then walk out into a beautiful tree lined staircase with water feature, getting to see the city light up at night. This is how they packed my purchases at woolworth today. And asked me to purchase 1 more bag. Please train your staff how to pack things.
this used to be the best woolies ever… now they’ve redesigned it and its lost its magic. i used to love to come shop here but now its honestly just a mess and hella stressful
