You close at Midnight but block off the entrance at 11:40pm (or maybe it was earlier!) so no one can run in and grab a last item that they couldn’t get during the day. You think you’ve made it there on time to run in and out but nope, need to be 30 mins early and everyone will just ignore you.
Great for variety of products. However there are never boxes in the recycling box bin. Also customer service was a bit terrible today. When i asked the guy to remove a product he asked us whats wrong with it and when i said i dont want it, he smirked at me. I dont know what was all that about. Customer service is terrible.
It gets 5 stars for convenience but it loses 2 stars because of the product layout. Compared to other woolies we go to the location of stock in relation to like items made no sense. If you shop there all the time im sure you'd learn where everything is, but as visitors stuff is all over the place.
