They never answer phone call
Forgot half of my $300 order in a click and collect order then denied a refund due to “CCTV” footage. Staff are either incompetent or poorly trained as this is not the first time, as they regularly leave items out of click and collect orders which defeats the whole of the scheme.
There is no items always. Very small listings. Need more stuff there
Trolley in front of my house for months, have called multiple times, complained to Woolies, came into store to ask someone to grab it. How difficult is this?!
