We want to check if our shopping got left behind in store before going to the store and waste our time. No one pick up the call… what a bad customer service compare to COLES.
Around 11.30 am of July 15, 2025, I experienced concerning service at the self-checkout. When a machine malfunctioned, my group waited over a minute for assistance with no staff in sight. After calling out a few times of "Excuse me", an Asian female staff wandering around the machines finally approached but responded with visible irritation and dismissiveness—as though we were inconveniencing her. We were polite throughout, making it especially disappointing to be treated this way during a routine request for help.
Great range of groceries. Staff try their best to help. Clean and tidy modern environment.
I have been purchasing the SPC 825g tinned fruit for a while and was shocked when I visited your store last week and saw there were only 3 SPC varieties available. Peaches (sliced in tasty juice); Peaches (sliced in mango juice) and Apricots. There is now a section dedicated to a new brand Scubi (Made in South Africa). What are Woolworths thinking in supporting overseas brands when we grow the best fruit here. I support Australian products, and will continue to do so.
