Young arrogant customer service with no people skills. Asked as to why I am unable to use a attended checkout, and was told to just use rhe self checkout.... We pay premiums for staff assistance, and why are we still paying these markups/premiums for unstaffed workplaces when we are expected to co tinder to pay these high prices, p.s. I know they also keep the shelves stocked. But even those workers seem soulless and dreary.
customer service checkout lady her name is michelle was very unprofessional and rude.CUSTOMER Service should not be like this.Iwas also previous employee of woolworths but i didn’t see anyone before doing this type of rude behaviour with customer.Hopefully store manager will consider this matter.
