Keep your trolley with you at all times. A gutless thief took my shopping bags from my trolley when I was getting something from another aisle.
I agree they never answer their phone! Definitely more expensive than Coles. I went through the self serve tonight and was disgusted how the old man that work there made a smart comment to another customer also checking out. It amazes me the level of disrespect for customers some of the staff members have that work in this store, and just remember if it wasn’t for customers you wouldn’t have a job!
Worst scanning system in cart. Three times in a row need to watch for staff to sort out, once took 20mins. The other two asking staff to check our scanning waste of time making us look like thieves
Poor customer service at Woolworths Visited this store on 8 August 2026 around 4:00 PM and had a terrible experience. I am a first-time Ooshie collector and politely asked the lady near the self checkout if we receive a separate receipt for them. The staff member—a lady with long black hair tied in a ponytail—responded with extreme attitude. She angrily snapped, "How much was it on the screen?"
