The staff were friendly
Staff push their way through customers without any care. They don't care if they block your way or even push you into a display with their trolley without apology. And that's if you can actually make your way down aisles that are do suffed with extra things encroaching on the aisle, it's almost one-way traffic. It's even worse around the registers. Overall, I really like shopping at WoolisX. The store is usually well organised, and most staff members are friendly and helpful. However, during a recent visit, I overheard a staff member saying, “Chinese people like to take advantage,” while referring to an elderly couple in front of me. I didn't get what I want cos' the shelves are empty. I checked the website and said they are available and in stock. Spent me 30 minutes to locate where the eggs are. The asile's sign doesn't tell where are the eggs. I found them until I asked one of the 'unfriendly' staffs. Only 'egg' I can get from this store.
Went to woolworths today at hornsby, Got a receipt which can collect about 20 brick toys. I had a couple more receipts that could collect a few more as I didn’t collect it last time. Went to the Indian young looking lady telling her I want to collect it, she was VERY ignorant and while she was giving it silently a old woman at the back was telling me why I have a lot and why I didn’t collect it last time, this situation already annoyed me but suddenly the indian lady started telling me why I didn’t collect it last time.
