usually i really like this woolworths, which is why i’m leaving this feedback. the attitude from some of the staff was OTT and the tone during the interaction felt passive-aggressive and cliquey, like i was inside of a tiktok skit. i was unfazed and matched their energy but the cattiness wasn’t cool and other customers likely wouldn’t appreciate it either. i’d like management to take this on board because the team could do better. cheers update i don’t think i’ve ever been greeted ONCE since shopping here

I bought some nappies through delivery service and brought them back to exchange for smaller size, had to wait around 20' with my toddler for the online lady to show up after they call her 3 times then she said they did not accept exchange although I had the receipt. She told me to apply refund through online but when I bring those to the other woolworths store they accepted it. It wasted my time and effort so much to go here.

The curly hair lady who was at the self service counter (where the smokes and stuff are sold) pretty rude. She might have thought that we are buying things for free. Very unprofessional. Poor customer service.

This store needs to employ new deli staff. HORRENDOUS customer service. I have witnessed on three separate occasions, the tall lady that works late afternoon / early evenings during the week. Incredibly rude, eye rolls. No manners. Acts like she is doing you a favor by serving you. I saw her speak extremely rudely to two other customers before myself. Disgraceful. Needs an attitude adjustment and a career change, should not be in customer service.
