I didn’t have change coins for a trolley, and I was carrying my one-year-old while my six-year-old was giving me a hard time. I asked a shop assistant for help with a trolley, but she told me I had to go to the counter, pay 50 cents, and sort it out myself. Previously, I’ve had the same issue at Kmart, and the assistant there simply grabbed a trolley for me without any fuss. Not sure why she had to make such a big deal over something as simple as a shopping trolley.
