Plenty of car parking.
The fact that staff couldn’t unlock a trolley for me simply because I didn’t have a coin is honestly ludicrous. I was there to do a $200+ grocery shop, but instead I’ll happily spend that money elsewhere. Woolworths Fountain Gate is a fantastic store with a great range, fresh produce and a clean, well-presented shopping environment. The team are friendly and helpful, and you can tell there’s a strong focus on customer service. A special mention to Amy, the Store Manager, who is absolutely lovely. She’s warm, approachable and genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. It’s always great to see a Store Manager who is visible, engaged and happy to help. A really well-run store with a great team and wonderful leaders... read more
