Pouches $2k worth it apple gift card at Woolworths Featherbrook and found out it’s scam, all the card either scratch or cannot be redeem. Made complaint to the store back and forth many times and couldn’t help, end up become my own issue and have to deal with apply myself, no T&C mentioned any gift card issue, Woolworths are not responsible, only said that can’t refund, had similar issues at Coles and they exchanged the gift card straight away.
