It’s convenient
I had a horrible experience with one of the stores contracted security guards. He demanded I open my bag in a rude and disrespectful way, he got in my personal space and did not say please, and as someone who is on the autism spectrum, I felt very uncomfortable and upset. Do not shop here people the woolworths group sucks.
I just Went to get a pack of cigarette, asked for the cheapest one, didn’t really matter the brand as I was trying to save some money! Then the cashier won’t give us one because we don’t know the brand! It’s silly! I am just trying to save some money that’s it! And a few days back, they had reduced the price for some stuff and when we checked out, they had charged us the full price! Didn’t really make a big deal out of it coz it was a few dollars, but todays incident really got me pissed!
Added a gate to the exit to the self serve checkout in addition to a security guard. Glad to see I’m being punished for others misdeeds.
