Quite upsetting experience, i waited at the deli for 10 minutes and each time the server would attend to someone else. When i brought this up to him he dismissed me and told me it was my fault for not saying im next??? But he would go to other people directly or some other guy who’d just come would say “me” before i could. No apology or anything, quite a sad experience. Either get a number system or please educate the staff on customer service
Lots of shops, lots of parking. Needs better security presence. There's always kids causing trouble or drugged up folks going round, really spoils your day when you're waiting for food and a random bloke starts screaming and ranting
Overall your usual Woolies store. However the deli has been a let down in recent times ... Jarslberg cheese slices looked so dried and old, it should have never been there on display for sale!
