Staff/ Manager is too busy putting Halloween cobwebs up then to fill the drinks fridge on a 33 degree day! Bare and empty for customers, disappointing.
On Wednesday 1st October around 7 PM, after cash out at the self-checkout, I asked a staff member if I could have some smaller notes ($5). He replied, ‘This is not a bank, mate.’ I found this response quite rude and unprofessional. A more courteous explanation would have been appreciated.
Not just this Woolworths but most have just forgotten about, or neglected the self sanitising of trolley facilities. Coles is onto it, at all of their stores.
