took my old laptop computer it was frozen up told the worker there that the only reason I was fixing this computer was my home movies got my computer back movies were gone they told me that I didn't tell them where I had saved the movies so they were gone forever did not offer me a refund acted like it was my fault that he deleted my movies if you have a computer to fix I would suggest taking it anywhere but this place
After 3 hours of my internet service (I pay extra for this) taking over my laptop because my mouse suddenly stopped working; going through three different techs; one said my mouse was bad even though it worked on another laptop; one said my USB drive was broken even it was charging my phone and my jump drive was accessible and the last one simply ended with "we are done here" after repeating everything the others had done and said there was no online diver for it to be reinstalled.!
