Horrible experience. Felt like I could not get straight forward answers about the cost which caused me worry because I knew legally I could be responsible for anything outside of what the insurance wanted to cover. When I began asking questions I was lied to multiple times about what and had not been done. Since I decided to go get my car and have repairs done else where I was charged $350 for a $35 can of paint and for them to simply take off my damaged bumper and but the damaged bumper back on.
