I took in several nice pieces of jewelry. I intially spoke with him on the phone and he guaranteed me that his offer would be higher than any other. Actually, I was offended by his offer and indicated that I was not "giving" it to anyone. He seemed annoyed when I wouldn't sell it and also charged me $10.00 for looking at it. Took it to Louisville - received double what he offered.

i would not sell him anything unless i got a receipt with everything documented. i do not trust him with anything i would take there, or buy there only gave a one star rating because i couldn't send this revieew without rating it.normally i would rate them with no stars.

I would highly recommend Wooldridge Jewelers personally and professionally. I have bought jewelery from Glenn Wooldridge and I am very pleased with the quality of the jewelry. Also, my daughter has dated their son Glenn Jr. for over 1 1/2 years and the family has treated her like a family member. Again, I would highly recommend their jewelry business to anyone. i was there today i sold a hand full of gold rings and bracelets and got over1,600 i am very pleased with them i have more and when i need extra cash i will defanatly go back

I totally agree with the other review but they don't even rate 1 star. What is being sold is way over priced and don't see them anything!!! Offered 125.00 for my scrap gold and when I wouldn't sell it to him he charged me $10.00 for looking at it.....what a joke. Joke was on him in the end I got over 700.00 for the same gold! He should be put in jail he is a crook!

Newspaper ad - 'Guaranteed Top dollar' paid for old/scrap jewelry, etc. Offered $40 for (4) 14k gold rings, 1 with a 25th ounce gold coin in it (worth $40 melt alone - gold at $910oz). Received 5 offers higher at 5 other local jewelers & pawn shops I went to the SAME day. Merchandise for sale in their cases - all way overpriced - with 75% off tags. Still no bargains. Avoid this business; whether buying or selling...
