I brought my shih tzu puppy, Elvis, in for his 2nd puppy cut today. He was barely cut. He looks like he was just brushed and you charged me for a full cut. We will not be bring Elvis or Trixie back. And you didn’t give me his collar back.

I take my greyhounds to Woof and Wagz regularly to get their nails trims. The staff there are always sweet, kind and gentle with them, especially one of my dogs who has not tolerated trims well at other places. Since they have been working with her, she has been more at ease and I think it’s because of their caring approach.
I bring my Jack Russell to Jazz there. She does a amazing job on her. Love the shop and the people. Bella looks forward to going and seeing Jazz.
We do our cat and dog nails here awesome place good environment and great friendly staff!

Had an absolutely amazing first visit here today and Jasmine was fantastic!! Leo was in great hands and extremely well taken care of. We will definitely be returning!
I will never go anywhere else!! The ladies are so accommodating, kind and great with my fur babies! They always take the best care of them, make sure they are comfortable and still get the job done. Always send them home looking and smelling great. They love their spa days at woof & wagz ❤️
The owner and employees at this shop truly care for the animals in their care. Now that I’ve discovered this place I will be back!
