Jorge, Caroline and Andy are amazing! I just picked up my fur baby Massimo and he looks handsome as ever. We have been going here for years and they provide the best care and have great knowledge for what my baby needs l. They are simply the best!
I went there a total of 3 times. The last 2 my dog came back hurt. And they refused to admit any wrong doing. I will not be going back and neither will the ppl i recommended after the 1st time

Woof Here it is and staff are sad to hear of poor customer experience. We strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction and treat all dogs in our care like they are our own. Injuries while rare, can occur during the grooming process, however, we are unaware of any injury that occurred during your dog's previous grooming. Should injury occur it is our policy to treat within staff ability. We apologize we could not be of more assistance in your case. Any other concerns can be directed to Management. Jorge and his staff were very nice and professional. They treated our Cairn Terrier “Mechita” like a princess. She looked sooo pretty even at her old age. It was like a spa day for her with no stress. She got all the attention she needed in addition to some treats to take home and enjoy. We definitely recommend WOOF to anyone who loves their pooch. Woof and staff and my baby's groomer Caroline are the best! Chia is happy to go inside and looks great and is totally non-stressed when I pick her up. We are soooo glad to have found Woof!
