This was by far one of the worst grooming experiences I have ever had. This place does NOT know how to groom and does NOT follow instructions. I gave very clear directions: do NOT cut her beard do NOT cut her top knot do NOT cut her ears do NOT round her face I even brought printed reference photos showing exactly how I wanted the cut: less volume on the body than the legs, while keeping her natural facial expression. Mice??? 🐀🐀🐀 I really wish I would have known there was a critter issue before allowing lil p00ch to come in and choose which snaᏣks she wanted that were freely out. Critters carry disease and putting out professional traps right next to the displays of loose g00dies for p00ches to grab boggles my mind! Get rid of the source of food attracting them (Display differently or come up with a different solution.) Sheesh. I have a golden retriever and took him here to get groomed- the cut was patchy and uneven, and when they tried to fix it- ended up shaving him and he’s still patchy and uneven. They would not offer a refund but said that “the mistake made on his cut was a good learning experience for them.”
