When I brought Belle In for a luxury bath, she was really smelly and was shedding really bad. She looked terrible! When I picked her up, her fur was silky smooth and she smelled great! Her groomer, Jessica, was awesome! She told me that after her bath, she would hug her for a couple minutes to make her relaxed. It helped her. Very attentive and professional. Thanks for taking care of my 10-year-old beagle. Belle Says thank you too.
I took our 5 month old Aussie doodle puppy for her first groom today at Wolfgang in Valrico and it was a great experience! When we first arrived, we were greeted by Jennifer who was super sweet and welcoming, and then met Dominique, our new groomer. Dominique was very kind and so good with our puppy (Lovey). She was also excellent at explaining what we should expect from the first groom and how we can help Lovey get acclimated to future grooms so she doesn’t develop anxiety.
