I had a great experience with Brii Spaulding dog grooming service! Brii was professional, friendly, and clearly cares about the dogs she works with. My dog came back looking amazing, clean, and happy. The attention to detail was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’ve been coming here specifically because I liked the service, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I had grooming appointments booked for all 3 of my dogs and was commuting from over an hour away. Due to heavy traffic, my arrival time shifted from 1:00 PM to approximately 1:26 PM. I called ahead while I was already en route to communicate this and was told there was only a 15-minute grace period.
