hakeem is amazing with my dog who is very shy and hates the groomer/vet/new places. he always does an amazing job with her cut and somehow her bows stay on forever!
Hakeem was wonderful he got my Dog Ava looking absolutely clean and beautiful!! The whole team was extremely kind and I am so grateful they were able to take my dog same day and left her spotless! Def worth it

We have been bringing our dog to Woof Gang Bakery at The Works since he started getting groomed as a puppy. We have probably been 6-7 times over the course of his life. We made an appointment with the specific groomer who we liked three weeks in advance, but when we got to the appointment we were informed that she had gone on vacation. However, no one let us know that or we would have rescheduled her for another time. I have always enjoyed the products and services at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming, which is why I was disappointed by my experience today. When my daughter and I walked into the store, we stood waiting for assistance and asked several times for service. The employee on duty looked at my daughter, rolled her eyes, and continued scrolling on her phone without acknowledging us or offering assistance. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
