It’s mine and my pups first time ever going to a groomer and they were absolutely wonderful. From scheduling over the phone and working a day and time to meeting our groomer, Manny, who was honest and worked with me and answered any questions I had. My pup walked in nervous but came out wagging her tail with a big smile on her face. They did an amazing job! We’ve taken our girl here twice now to be groomed and will absolutely continue coming back. The team is professional, kind, and accommodating — and that kind of care does not go unnoticed. It’s such a relief to find people who treat both pets and their humans with genuine kindness. Highly recommend!
Whatever shampoo they used smelled amazing!! lolais a very happy dog we actually call her wiggle butt because she gets so excited that she starts wiggling her but in the air and dancing, so they did really good job cutting her for her to be excited.
Manny was SO good with my Riley who is a skittish, but very friendly 5 year old! Thanks Manny for being so kind and gentle with Riley!
