I have been a customer for many years even when l moved away from The location l will use the sun tree location Fl for my pet . However my last experience was from far good . We have brought our goldendoodle puppy here three times and today will be the last. She was scheduled for a full groom on Wednesday and when we arrived her groomer told us it would be 4-5 hours because they were so busy and she would have to be in a crate. We rescheduled for first appointment today. We explained all our wishes, including to only cut 1” off her body, confirmed no crating and signed the required form.
