They always do such a good job. Jamie always meets our expectations every time.
Called for a last minute appointment, was told there was a cancellation and my dog could be taken right away. 2 HOURS LATER, I go to check in on my dog and they have not even started on his bath. Will not waste my time or money at here again. Extremely frustrated and appalled by the customer service and lack of communication/transparency.
Maddie did awesome on Stella and Stella loved her!
