Great store but the staff and how they treat my Beagle keeps me coming back!
Their so great my golden gets very nervous but they take great care of him
We love this place. They are so professional and friendly and great. Our dogs love coming here. We have a 14-year-old husky and the Deshedding is so phenomenal for us in the summertime! And our little wild thing( Papillon) is so beautiful when she comes out! These groomers are phenomenal!. The Store is beautiful -clean -and the huge selection of “dog” cookies is amazing and adorable.
I went to get my baby some treats and a toy. I tried to not show that I was upset, I was just told yesterday that my baby has thyroid cancer, he's 12. But while the lady behind the counter was checking my things out a couple came in and said they were celebrating their babies 15th bday. I tried not to lose it, she could tell I was upset. I ran out after paying for my things. She called me to check on me!! Thats customer service right there!! Going above and beyond!!!
