Whenever we come to town we get our husky groomed, unless he was very recently groomed, since we stay with family. We have been coming to this and the Centennial location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff, especially Michelle, are friendly and seem to be great with our pups and they've always honored our requests. It's also convenient that we never seem to have to wait very long to be able to bring them in if we have an impromptu trip and have a short time to schedule.

We didn't even have a chance to experience the shop. The woman I called was extremely rude (she was on speaker phone and my husband heard how she was talking to me and clearly upset) and I was just asking about bringing my 2 dogs in for nail trims. This place won't be getting my business ever.

I dropped off my dog for grooming and made certain to be very specific with what my dog needed. He was being shown the next day, and per requirements must be in his natural coat. I told the front desk girl this multiple times, and she told me that she understood. I told her that I wanted her to write it down to make sure that he was not touched other than His nails, trimmed and privacy trimmed. I watched her write it on the back of his card. Totally unprofessional, I had an appointment booked for 12:30 ( they set and provided this time). Then they changed this time to 30 minutes earlier and said they couldn’t take my dogs because I didn’t show up for this new unannounced time.
