Truly great customer service! I called in this morning to see if they had any last minute availability for my husky girl (first time customer) and I received a phone call that there was a cancellation and to bring in my baby. great communication great service and I will definitely be a regular customer!
I highly recommend Penelope as a groomer at this location. My dog was left traumatized at another grooming salon and Penelope genuinely worked hard to change that experience for him and even allowed me to stay for the grooming session. Woof gang does not crate dogs after their groom, which differentiates them from practically any other grooming salon I’ve come across.
The groomers are fantastic, however the lady in the front not sure why she’s there. Disgusting attitude always complaining about one thing or the next and as a customer I believe the snarky comments are completely unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
My puppy had his first haircut yesterday and it was amazing Debra and her Groomer Penny were so welcoming and attentive to Archie.They took their time with him and let me watch all the goings on. Will definitely be back
