DO NOT RECOMMEND I had a terrible experience with this business. I booked an appointment for my small dog. I dropped the dog during lunch time and unfortunately for pick up, I was stuck in meetings and showed up late. Although I was paying $120 for a small pet groom I was charged $20 for late fees. I explained to the worker I was working and couldn’t leave a meeting, she simply said that’s our policy. I said if you charge me I will take my business away and she simply didn’t care. They do a great job and charge accordingly, but if you’re late, they charge you a late fee. I don’t even get charged a late fee for my dentist or doctor.
I’m so happy I found Woof Gang! My dog absolutely loves coming here, and the staff is always so friendly and caring. The grooming service is top-notch, and my pup comes out looking and feeling amazing every time!
Excellent grooming. I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the masters. The result always exceeds expectations. I am delighted!
