1 star Date: Thursday, February 5, 2026. Today I brought my puppy to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming and my experience was very disappointing and upsetting. My dog is a very young puppy, only 4 and a half months old (born on September 16). He is a small breed (Shih Tzu), very sweet and gentle. Despite this, I was charged an additional $20 “difficult handling” fee, which was never disclosed when the appointment was booked or before the service started. Took both my babies in today and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. They were quick and took great care of my babies!! We will be back again!
The absolute best place to take your pet, my dog loves her groomer Rebecca! Store is always clean & staff is always so friendly! Staff is very knowledgeable, highly recommend!!
