: ☆☆☆ I used to like this place and the work they did on my dog, but the last two times I’ve been here I left very disappointed. They have always been expensive, but it was worth it because of the quality. Now they are still expensive and the quality has gone downhill. They don’t listen to what you ask for your pet and don’t even do the basic things a groomer should do, like cleaning the private areas and trimming the nails. I will definitely be looking for another place.
They were terrific, and gave us calls when they didn't have to. Their great and very nice.

The staff didn’t just groom her — they actually taught me how to take better care of her coat at home. They explained the type of brush I should use and helped me understand her double coat and how to maintain it, especially since she gets tangled so easily.
