This place is wayyyy far away from me, but I had to follow Anna when she started here. She is so good with my dog, and the owner is incredibly kind. I’d recommend Anna to anyone looking for a kind, professional, and knowledgeable service provider to make your dog smell and look fresh! If you’re in the area, stop in, buy your dog a treat, and ask for Anna!

Worst experience ever! They made my dog wait there for hours. They told me full grooming would take 3 hours. After 3 hours, i went to check on him and they said they only washed him and left him there and didn’t even started grooming. When i told them it’s been 3 hours, they offered me to do not full grooming but just a brush up. Really! After 3 hours of waiting? My dog is really chill dog, he won’t even bark or show bad behavior. Today we had our first grooming experience at Woof Gang in Naperville with Jana, which I am awarding FIVE STARS! They lived up to what they say they are on the website: one-on-one care, safety first, and dog in dog out service! My Shih-Tzu has anxiety from previous grooming experiences that were either aggressive, sending us on a trip to the vet due to over grooming, or leaving him in a crate longer than they committed to.
