We had an absolutely amazing experience. It was our first time taking our 13 year old Pomeranian here for grooming and will not be going anywhere else. Mel was kind, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job communicating with us and understanding what we wanted and explaining in detail everything she did once we picked up our pup, who looks very handsome and happy.

Excellent care in handling my dog. Also, store is clean, welcoming and friendly staff. Erin has been grooming my dog for years…she is caring, gentle and handles my dog too my satisfaction as well.
