After many grooming visits since Woof Gang opened, I was quite annoyed today. 3 minutes away from pick up, I was informed there was a $10 dematting fee and another $20 handling fee. I don't have an issue with the extra costs when warranted but I should have been informed beforehand. The groomer was wonderful but the front store staff was so unprofessional. Best groomers in Toronto! They always do such a great job with our goldendoodle (especially Rebekkah). He gets so many compliments every time he gets groomed here!! Highly recommend if you have a breed that gets matted easily and need help maintaining their coat with regular grooms.
We’ve been here several times already and our pup always leaves happy and dapper. Highly recommend.
