The team was amazing. We brought both our mini-aussies in for a full groom. One, Luna, did really well with the girls. She took to them right away as they were incredibly friendly and loving. Our youngest, Asia, gave them a fair amount of troubles. Instead of not taking care of her or calling asking us to pick her up they called and gave us a slew of options. When we went back up, they allowed me to stay with Asia during the grooming process to help keep her calm. They remained friendly and loving towards both my dogs and us... read more

I will not be taking my dog here again. When called to talk to the owner, I was treated with such disrespect it's unbelievable. I was concerned because my dog came back with a scratch and a limp and when trying to explain it I was not allowed to even Finnish my sentence and was basically blamed and criticized. I have always loved the over WGB I've gone to but this was such a disappointment and unfortunately nothing was done.
