RecommendedHighly recommend Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming! We love the space its beautiful inside and even more beautiful are the staff & management. They are now Einstein's extended pup family! For his first grooming ever, they were so courteous, patient & understanding. He had a great first experience & we wouldn't take him anywhere else. Thanks for being so awesome to our fur-baby Einstein!
I do not recommend this place because my personal experience wasn't good, the groomer Sofia basically shaved my pomeranian, you can see his pink skin through the leftover fuzz, there are chunks and uneven areas everywhere. I think I was in shock when he was brought out to me, I nicely told them it was way too short, one girl at the desk tried to say he was probably matted so they had to do that. NOT! We brought our dog Charlie for a first time groom on 1/25/20—we are looking for a new groomer since moving, and having tried a different groomer that caused our pup some extreme anxiety—we knew we needed to find another groomer. Upon googling and reading reviews, Woof Gang seemed the place that would treat our Charlie with care and get him all cleaned up. We could not BE HAPPIER with our first experience at Woof Gang, and will definitely be bringing Charlie back! 👍🏻

I am new to the area and went to this groomer because of the reviews. My dog's groom was horrible! Shelby was her groomer. There were lines on her back where the groomer used her clipper and when I ran my hand over my dog's tail a lump of hair came off with some flesh attached to it. Also, Shelby said she did not trim my dog's tail but she had a noticeable low spot mid-tail where she was trimmed. I complained loudly and was told my groom was at no charge.
