Terrible customer service. our yorkie didn't even look cut nails didn't either. Will never go back there
After reading all the reviews and also after a long wait (as you don’t get appointments here so easily), I took my 1.5 year maltipoo for a full grooming session. I was very excited to find this place close to where I live. The initial vibe of meeting the groomer was a little awkward. The person looked so unhygienic covered in fur. Sharing my experience :( I took my puppy for puppy grooming. He was fine after being groomed. He started shaking his head after grooming. Next day when he was not at all playful I called woof gang bakery, they said it’s common because as a part of grooming they pluck hair from ears & clean ear. I waited the night he was groomed & the next night. He was in pain & next day when Vet checked him, he said puppy developed bad ear infection. There is puss in both the ears. Woof Gang Bakery Cary is better than any groomer I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, knows you, and truly cares about your animals. I’ve used a few different groomers here and they are all amazing with my two dogs. As pet parents, we all know it’s hard to trust others with our animals but I can say 110% I would trust anyone here.
