I’ve taken my dog here twice—the first visit was great, but today’s experience was the complete opposite. The groomer and I discussed doing the same cut as last time, but instead, my dog was completely shaved. I also paid an extra $40, but I’m not sure what for. On top of that, I was asked if I wanted my dog’s teeth brushed, even though I was already paying for a full groom that includes it. I have been going to Woof Gang Brier Creek since they opened. No where has ever made me or my girl Baylee feel so welcomed and valued! From special treats and photos to the best blow outs, de-shed’s and pedicures this is my go to spot to keep my girl looking amazing! Thank you for everything!
Lovely experience great haircuts wish I got the girls names who did my guys. I drove over an hour and it was definitely worth the drive.
