Service has gone extremely downhill in the last 6 months. Used to be clean, but has gotten dirtier and I always see new staff. My dog got kennel cough from this place at their last visit. Do not recommend.
They are the best Eli looks great after a groom with Rene. She’s the best!!!
We have been coming here for over a year and have had mostly good experiences aside from one bad groomer. The last few visits have been an issue for multiple reasons including small dogs running freely in the back grooming areas.
I did not have a great experience with the groomer. First they treated my dog disrespectfully by pulling her with the leash. Even though the dog was just nervous since it was her first time being groomed.Second my dog got like burnt or cut markings. The person in the front desk was very kind and very attentive for helping us resolve the situation.
