I always have a great experience with our Shih Tzu! Our groomer Sherry is so kind and does a wonderful job! Once you're set up with this Woof Gang location you can schedule appointments by text which has been so very helpful. The compassionate staff are all very understanding of handicapped pet parents and will work with you. That is huge! You can tell the whole staff treats your furr babies like their own! A++++
Friendly and kind staff. Everyone extremely attentive. Our groomer Lisa (who lovingly cared for our previous fur baby)!did exactly as I asked. Our girl came out happy and beautiful!
Lisa at Woof Gang is our favorite. She is professional, informative and is affectionate to our slightly anxious pup.
Took my dog here for the first time today for a walk in nail trim & was super impressed!! They were able to see him right away which was awesome - They were quick and super friendly, and the groomer was very enthusiastic & sweet to my dog (who can be hyper/high energy, but they handled him very well). Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!!!
