We are so grateful to have James back in our lives. Our lovely Lea missed him dearly and we would take the trip every grooming appointment moving forward that she needs just to come see, James. By the way, if you want to know what an excellent groomer, he is. We actually drive here all the way from Youngsville.That is how highly we recommend James. The groomer completely shaved my cavapoo’s tail. It looks like a rat’s tail. It is so bad
I switched to this location from Cameron Village because they had more availability. Now I know why. Probably a lack of repeat customers. Although our initial three experiences were positive, I just had a really awful experience with the groomer, I think Justin. Last time we were there my dog had a dryer seizure. I had talked to the owner upon pickup and we discussed at length trying one more groom when she had her trazadone and perhaps air drying next time. Amazing time! Sherri was so good handling our Eda, with GiGi helped Sherri with our baby Hilda too. James loved on Eda and Katie was so helpful getting us checked out and situated. We love the team here and this was so amazing!
All the groomers I’ve encountered are absolutely amazing! They take such good care of my dog and she always looks great
