Hacked off eyebrow whiskers, Nicked nipples left scabbed over, peepee looks carpet burned liked, hair cut around face and legs uneven. I tipped and left. Didn’t say anything until inspecting and realizing he might have been mishandled. I’m literally in tears. Vet appt in the morning. Very sad :(
I came here a few years ago with my dog desperate to find a groomer for her that actually cared about her and her well being. She has some anxiety and we have had terrible experiences everywhere else we went. Boy did I hit the jackpot! My friend recommended Madison here and we’ve been with her ever since. She is so kind and patient and truly loves all of the dogs she works with. And the store staff is great and accommodating too! I love not having to worry about her every time she’s getting groomed. As a first-time dog mom, I have been taking my dog Jax to a place to get groomed out of convenience after a while I wanted to try something different. I’m upset I didn’t come here sooner. Soren did exactly what I asked for. Jax is a shihzhu and I feel like my past groomers weren’t giving him a cut to where he still had his Shih Tzu features. Soren did exactly that he was very personable and paid attention to detail and groomed him in just three hours. I will definitely be back and thank you so much.
They’re amazing and I’ve taken my dog a couple of times for a bath. I believe the online booking could list the prices so you can make a more informed decision about add ons before arrival, or at least a price range rather than no pricing at all.
