We brought our baby for her first bath, and we loved it! Everyone was so nice and kind. We especially loved the little personalized fall bandana with her name on it ♥️♥️ We’re really happy with their service and will definitely come back! Edit: Our baby had her second appointment today, and the service is truly amazing. Everyone is kind, responsive, and very friendly 💕 Love this place!! Plus, she loves their chicken feet! :D
I normally have the pleasure of having Wren groom my toy poodle, Coach, and she has consistently done an amazing job. From our very first visit, I was nervous bringing my baby in, but Wren’s patience, skill, and genuine care immediately put me at ease. She has always treated Coach with so much love and attention, and her work is truly top-tier. I just took my 8 month old puppy here for her first groom and they did amazing. Madison was her groomer and I have a very anxious pup. They listened to my concerns but at the end of it all my dog came out with the biggest smile and looking her best. Will be going back. Thanks again!
I used this service 3 times. My dog got her paw cut and needed 9 stitches. I was hit with many vet bills. They paid for most of the vet bills but not all. They refunded the service and included that in the vet payments. It seemed insensitive. They also blamed my dog for the injury. Both dogs were there and they then did not even do a full groom for my second dog. When they called to say she was hurt they down played it immensely. She bled the entire night.
