The staff was very friendly from the beginning, and Jade listened to exactly what I wanted for my miniature poodle’s cut!
This is the third time that I have taken my dog there and each time I have to take him right back to fix their mistake. They show attitude when I point out their mistakes. It doesn’t matter how clear I explain to them or show them his pictures from other places, they just don’t listen. I’ve been taking my dog to other locations of woof gang in Ashburn and Clifton and they do it right, belmont location is next to my home but unfortunately I’m not giving them another chance.
Our very anxious/crazy pup has had zero luck at every grooming salon until she met Denys and Woof Gang - he's magical! (Nobody else has ever been able to trim all four paws on the same day) Highly recommend - good prices, great attention to detail (and they have Denys!).
I totally love Woof Gang!! The stay is always so warm and professional. My baby absolutely adores Denys! I can just go on and on about how much I love this place!!! Thank you for always loving on S’mores!
Everyone here was so nice and very personable! I was pleased with the price and the out come. (Note: I have a pit bull so no fancy blow out)
