Excellent service and very friendly staff. Patrick is our dog groomer and he's very kind and gentle with our dog.
First time coming to this location and I originally booked with Sydney, but when I got to Wolfgang Augusta, I was passed off to Patrick without being told ahead of time. Luckily, that turned out to be a blessing because Patrick did an amazing job. When I booked the second time with Sydney, she mentioned she had to shave lower than I requested because of “ matting,” on my dogs legs, which I’m 100% certain wasn’t the case, but I let that slide. Puppies first groom in the books and they never looked cuter! Patrick and Connie did a great job and they gave me really great advice too! I bought some treats for them for the house and they loved having some beef jerky afterwards! We will definitely be back! Thank you for taking such great care of my fur babies! Timmy and Scout will see you next time!
First visit with my 6months old Alex..Very friendly staff and was suggested to give him the mini groom for Yorkies gladly I agreed due to it being his first time.. Thx Patrick 🤗🐾🤗...BTW Alex enjoyed the Peanut butter ice-cream cup and cookie no upset tummy here🐶
