There was a booking error with my appointment (making it at the Augusta location instead of Evans which I had always used). The Augusta store refused to refund my deposit as well as refused to honor the deposit if I brought my dog to them another day. It amazes me that they would lose a loyal customer over $45, absolutely zero customer service. Will never use them again.
My elderly pup (15) was handled with extreme care.
We took our 11-month-old Bichon, Theodore, in for his first mini groom a few weeks ago. Alisha took the time to speak to us before and after his appointment. She did a great job and made him feel so comfortable for his first professional groom. Highly recommend!
Carla always does an excellent job on my Sadie! The whole team here is excellent to deal with! Won’t take her anywhere else
