Groomer did a total hack job my dog. Absolutely the worst experience at a groomers. My elderly golden was shaved down like a doodle, cut was uneven all over, legs shaved- removed all of the dog’s feathers, destroyed the hair on her tail. Only asked for a trim, left with an absolute heart-beak - careless and cruel. Do not recommend!!
I would never take my dog here for grooming again. It took almost 6 hours. He came home with a really bad haircut several necks and just a terrible haircut plus injuries. I called to complain and they were completely indifferent about my experience. I called a second time to complain and still the indifference to my animals injuries was shocking.
My go to place for more than 3 years. They do a great job and my Milly always comes back home happy and pretty!
